Bilal Tanga started a special program of Islamic as well as secular education for Primary School students from this year. The students were selected from different centres under Bilal Tanga according to their performance in School (i.e. Last three years results) and their Madressa performance keeping in mind their disciplinary background.

Bilal Tanga will make sure they receive the best quality Primary education at Abal Fadhl Primary School as well as Madressa education. We have started the project with 12 students this year all in Std 5 primary class whereby ten are staying at our hostel with a patron.

Blood Drive at Hawzatul Bilal - Temeke

The Bilal Muslim Mission of Tanzania in conjunction with Who is Hussein Group organized a Blood Drive at Hawzatul Bilal Campus -Temeke on 29th September 2018.
The Hawza students, teachers and other people from several Madrasahs all over Dar es Salaam donated blood in the name of Imam Hussein (as) who sacrificed his life to save the religion of Islam. A total 65 pints of blood were collected.

Muharram is a month of remembrance & Shia Meditation that is often considered synonymous with the event of Ashura. Ashura, which means the "Tenth" in Arabic, refers to the tenth day of Muharram.  It is well-known because of its historical significance and mourning for the martyrdom of Hussein ibn Ali (AS), the grandson of Prophet Muhammad (SAWW).
