The Khoja Shia Ithna-Asheri Jamaat of Arusha completed the Jamaat member’s Census; the exercise started in Muharram 1434 A.H. and was completed in the month of Shab’an 1434 A.H. The exercise took eight months to conclude.

The Census exercise is an important source of information and provides useful data for the Jamaat in its planning, for example housing, education, medical insurance etc.

We commend the Arusha Jamaat for taking the initiative in response to the call we made since 2011, to all the Jamaats to undertake census of their membership (Jamaat).

Below are the results of Arusha Jamaat which highlights also the age and gender profiles of the Jamaat.
