A Delegation from Mehfile Zahra (S.A.) in Moroni, Comoros who were on a private visit in Dar-es-Salaam paid a courtesy visit to the Africa Federation Secretariat office on Thursday 7th September 2017 and were received by the AFED Hon Secretary, Hussein bhai Karim and Hon Asst Secretary, Alihassan bhai Kassam.
The delegation consisted of the following: –

The Community in Moroni have a centre named Mehfile Zahra (S.A) which is used as a Prayer Hall as well as Imambara. They hold regular Friday prayers, Thursday and Tuesday Dua Sessions and observe all wafats and khushalis.
During the discussions held, the delegation informed of the vast economic potential available in the field of agriculture, small scale industries, tourism (hotels and restaurants), education and in basic health care services. The cost of land is reasonably cheap in Moroni.
The delegation welcomed Community members to invest and settle there and assured their guidance and support to the potential investors. Any member interested to obtain further information can contact the Africa Federation Secretariat Office.
