The Bilal Muslim Organization of Uganda wishes to submit its November 2019 as follows:
External preaching and Da’wah
The delegation of Bilal moved up to visit and attend a seminar in Bugiri at Al-Hussain Islamic foundation where Sheikhs were met and discussions about how to develop Shi’ism in the region was put forward. The Chief Missionary gave a lecture about merits of Ahlul Bayt (a.s.) and the morals as taught by the Ma’soomeen (a.s.)
Mustafa College
The delegation also attended another seminar at Al Mustafah College where the Chief Missionary led prayers, gave a lecture and answered the questions which were put forward.
Kyakwanzi district
The delegation also visited the Imam Ali (a.s.) Center in Kiboga and Kyankwanzi district. Sheikh Abdul Majid led the Jumah prayers and the Chief Missionary lectured about Jurisprudence and the teachings of Imam Jafar Sadiq (a.s.) on good morals and Akhlaq.
Conducting programs in the centers
During the month, the major program has been spreading and teaching about the biography of Prophet Muhammad [saww]. Sheikhs in the various centers have also been teaching about the welfare and biographies of the Ma’soomeen [as] and also exhibiting to the people how to live in this World.
Doho seminar
The well known Muballigh Sheikh Ramadhan arranged a grand function on the Holy Prophet Muhammad [saww]. An approx. of 500 Muslims of different sects attended the function.
Dua Tawassul and Kumayl
These Duas are held weekly at all the centers, in addition to the Duas, the Sheikhs also teach the participants jurisprudence on various aspects.
Bilal Syllabus
All our centers follow the syllabus as arranged by the organization. The education committee travels to these centers to examine and test the learners to see what has been grasped.
Charity
The Organization has a practice of taking care of the poor and handicapped. Visits are made to the centres where commodities like clothes, sugar, meat, shoes bags, washing soap and cash money are distributed.
