- As a leader I believe that our community leaders should undergo this training as it is important for the future of our community. I had different thought regarding the LDP program but today after going through the intense 4 session of knowledge sharing among the team; growth in us is evident and the facilitators can vouch for that. The journeying of learning has been excellent with great facilitators team. I would personally and on behalf of my team thank all the facilitators for their tireless efforts during the training and to Africa Federation Office bearers to provide us the platform to enhance our skills.
- I had the most intense, amazing, and productive 31 hours of personal & professional development program specifically designed for those of us blessed to serve the Community. We went through the journey of recognising and accepting ourselves, understanding others and learning how to deal with different personalities. We acknowledged the importance of teamwork and open communication and the most interesting part was when we understood how important power and politics is.
- This training has changed our mindset and we are looking forward to more such training and I would urge everyone in the organisation to have this training so we can better understand ourselves and work towards our vision with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Joining the LDP has completely changed my outlook on the way I see the world around me. I have evolved so much as a person both personally and professionally. It has taught me to be non-judgmental and be more open and accepting of myself and the people around me. In short “getting out of the box”.
