The CBB Chairman Alhaj Hussein Karim accompanied by the Board Hon Secretary Alhaj Hassan Dewji visited Bilal Nairobi and Nakuru centres. In this zone there are 10 Bilal centres, with each center having a mosque and madresa and there is also one Pre hawza in Nakuru. Bilal also has two (2) medical clinics.
AlGhadir Medical Centre in Nairobi.
This centre is located in a generally poor and backward area of Kawangware and is offering greatly subsidized services. Apart from general clinic there is also dental and ultrasound service. This clinic services about 90 to 120 people per day.

The AlGhadir Medical Centre in Nakuru is located on High Street, Free Hold area and is one of the premier health care centre in Nakuru yet very affordable to the general community. The newly expanded centre was officially opened on Sunday 12th January 2020 by the World Federation President Murabbi Anwarali Dharamsi. It is hosted in the newly built one storey building with a wheelchair ramp to the upper floor. It has dental, optical, ultrasound clinics as well as community health department. This clinic is very popular and sees about 150 person per day before expansion.
The old building will be converted into a fully-fledged Maternity Clinic at the cost of $120,000.

The same campus houses a beautiful Bilal Mosque, Madresa and Hawza.

The Bilal Activities in Nairobi and Nakuru have been running under the patronage of Mulla Nanji Foundation, currently under the Chairmanship of Past AFED Chairman Alhaj Ramzan bhai Nanji. Particular efforts to establish and run these centre were initiated by the Late Alhaj Aliraza bhai, aka Ada, Nanji.
Apart from witnessing the opening of the new clinic, the delegation also met mubaligheen in Nakuru from various parts of Central and Western Kenya and looked into ways to assist and strengthen tabligh and other humanitarian work in this area.
