BILAL TANGA MARKS THE CELEBRATIONS OF EID EL GHADEER ON A MASSIVE SCALE
The celebrations started on 5th of August 2020 (16th of Zilhajj 1441 A.H.) and the climax was on the day of Eid i.e. 7th of August 2020 (18th of Zilhajj 1441 A.H.). Institutions like Muassasat Ahlul Bayt, Uruwat Uthqa, Lujna Sayyid Shohada, Mustafa Khairiyya and Khoja Shia Ithna Asheri were invited and given chances to deliver Ghadir greetings.
Celebrations in all the centres under Bilal Tanga were divided into zones i.e. Duga centre combined with Mailinane, Kilulu, Magumbani, Geza centres while Mpirani centre combined with Maramba, Tanga and Kibiboni centres. Kwamkole combined with Bombo Majimoto, Matemboni, Kwemchaku, Zirai and Kombora centres while Kwashemshi combined with Vingo, Korogwe, Mali and Kwamanolo. Celebrations were also conducted in Mkumbara zone and Pangani zone.
BILAL TANGA ENROLLS NEW STUDENTS FOR SPECIAL ISLAMIC STUDIES COURSE
The course was officially inaugurated in 2016 with the aim of delivering Islamic education to the students who missed the chance of joining Hawza. A total of ten out of twenty students were selected for the three-year course which started on 3rd of August 2020.
