The Project consists of 12 storey building with 40 apartments of which 20 are of 3 bedrooms and 20 are of 4 bedrooms. The terrace will accommodate a Multipurpose Hall with added facilities such as gym, covered functional hall and a relaxing open area for the tenants. Other amenities include: parking facilities in basement, ground & first floor; clean water storage tank in basement, 2 staircases, 2 lifts, 2 generators, a management office, a storage area and adequate electrical room.
The external paint works have started, and at this point the 2 topmost floors are completed, The Housing Board has upgraded the external paint from normal weather guard paint to Texture paint for better outlook and long-lasting effect.

Special Offer:
We have received a number of enquiries from our community members from overseas (mainly Tanzanian Diaspora) enquiring about Amira Apartments availability for them to purchase for their family members or relatives who reside in Tanzania. We are pleased to inform our community members that few apartments are available for outright purchase against full payment for this scheme. Special prices are being offered for the 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments. Those interested are requested to contact us.
Final Finishing:
The Project has reached a crucial stage of finishing works and many activities are ongoing simultaneously such as aluminium works, plumbing, joinery and others. The Project Team has been conducting monthly meetings to ensure that all the works are accomplished accordingly and any important decisions when required then it is taken timely. Moreover, technical meetings have been conducted whenever the need arises during the course of the development.
Installation of air-conditioners and electrical wiring of the apartments have started from the top floors downwards and progressing quite well. At the same time, scaffoldings are being dismantled after external paint works are completed at every two floors.

The Housing Board would like to convey its gratitude to the Chairman of Africa Federation Alhaj Shabir bhai Najafi and his Office Bearers for their good support extended and full engagement in our projects.
Insha’allah, we pray for the timely completion of the project so that we can handover the apartments to the buyers at earliest possible.
