Under the provisions of the Federation of Khoja Shia Ithna-Asheri Jamaats of Africa Constitution, Clause 21 (d), the Chairman, Alhaj Amine Nassor has appointed Mrs. Mumtaz bai Zulfikar Ladak of Arusha as a Nominated Councillor of the Africa Federation for the term 2022 – 2025.
Mumtaz bai is a dynamic and forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in organizational development, leadership training, and community engagement. Her extensive experience spans over 25 years, during which she has made significant contributions to educational and community-building initiatives in North America and Africa. She is an active member of the Capacity Building Board and is currently the Chairlady of Arusha Jamaat.
