We are pleased to announce that The Africa Federation Sports Festival 2017 is being hosted by Shia Asna Ashri Jamaat (SAAJ) of Nairobi, Kenya during the holidays from 22nd to the 30th of December 2017. The plans are to bring together participants from across Africa and around the world in a sporting event not to be missed. The Festival shall be for gents only, consisting of Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Golf, Badminton and Table Tennis games.
The objective of this Festival and all our festivals are aimed at fostering brotherhood, build strong bridges of friendship and also developing sporting skills amongst our youth and sports enthusiasts of different age groups from the Jamaats of the Africa Federation as well as Jamaats from the Regional Federations from across the globe.
Official invitations with more details will be sent out soon to our member Jamaats by the Organizing Committee of Nairobi Jamaat (SAAJ) to encourage the sports clubs to register for participation, and provide them with the necessary information.

The Africa Federation and its Sports Council wish to record their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Shia Asna Asheri Jamaat (SAAJ) – Nairobi for hosting the AFED Sports Festival 2017.
We request for full cooperation and support by all our Jamaats to entice and encourage the youth and sports clubs to participate in this Festival, similarly to publicize within their membership to make this Sports Festival a big success and to achieve the objectives set forth for this Festival.
