Michael H Hart in his book The 100, Ranking of the most Influential Persons in History selected Prophet Muhammed (SAWW) as the most influential person, his reason was that it was only Prophet Muhammed who was supremely successful in both religious and secular levels.
To mark the birth anniversary of this Great and Noble Personality, Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya organized Milad Un Nabii (SAWW) Celebrations on 30th December 2015 at the Bilal Hall, Mombasa. The function attracted Muslims brothers from all corners of Mombasa and it’s environ. Qaswida were recited by various individuals.


An elaborative and enlightening speech by Sheikh Ayub Rashid from United Kingdom, articulated the topic on the birth and the life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) relating his teachings to the current challenges being faced by the Muslims in the world today.
A young boy Abdallah Hussein from Nyali Primary School was amongst those who attended the Celebrations, he is one amongst the students awarded with the highest marks of 440 out of a total of 500 marks in the Mombasa County Region. All Muslim brothers who had gathered up for this auspicious event prayed for his bright future.
Towards the end of the function, participants prayed for peace, tranquility, success and prosperity of all Kenyans.
