The Chairman of the Africa Federation, Alhaj Shabir Najafi is pleased to appoint Brother Sajjad Karamsi as the Chairman of the Africa Federation Education Board for the term 2019 – 2022.
Brief Profile

Sajjad Abdulhussein Karamsi was born in Dar es Salaam but completed his primary, secondary and Madrasah education in Nairobi followed by his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics and Finance at the University of Cape Town. His professional career involves working in credit risk, strategy and operations consulting.
He enjoys teaching at Haydari Madrasah Nairobi, volunteering for various community development projects and organizing youth events.
Sajjad bhai has been part of the Africa Federation Education Board since 2016, served the Africa Youth Network as Honorary Secretary and is an active member of the Africa Federation Census Bureau.
He is passionate about education and is committed to providing and expanding opportunities for all students to pursue a high-quality education. The Education Board will issue its Strategies and Goals for the new term: 2019-2022 – aligned with the Africa Federation’s broader vision – focusing on elevating education quality, strengthening career guidance, improving student support, and assisting with financial and cost management.
