The President of the United Republic of Tanzania His Excellency Dr. John Pombe Joseph Magufuli passed away on Wednesday 17th March 2021 in Dar-es-Salaam and was laid to rest on Friday 26th March 2021 in his home town Chato in Geita Region of northwestern Tanzania.
SIGNING OF THE CONDOLENCE BOOK
A delegation from KSI Jamaat of Dar es Salaam and the Federation of KSI Jamaats of Africa (AFED) visited Karimjee Hall in Dar es Salaam on 19th March 2021 to sign the Condolence Book on the sad and untimely death of The President of the United Republic of Tanzania.
The Federation was represented by the Chairman Shabir bhai Najafi, Vice Chairman Aunali bhai Khalfan and the Hon Treasurer Zainul bhai Chandoo and the Jamaat Officials were the President Mohamedraza bhai Dewji, Trustee Azim bhai Dewji, Hon Secretary Zulfikar bhai Chandoo and the Joint Secretary Imran bhai Sherally.
LAST RESPECTS
A delegation comprising officials of the Jamaats and the Africa Federation paid their last respects to the President Dr. John Pombe Joseph Magufuli at the Uhuru Stadium on Saturday 20th March 2021. The delegation comprised the AFED Office Bearers, Dsm Jamaat Office Bearers, Trustees, Managing Committee members and Alims.
