By the grace of the Almighty (SWT) we are delighted to inform our members that the AFED Tower project in Dar es Salaam city is approaching completion. The landmark project besides catering for the Africa Federation own administrative offices after 75 years since inception in 1946, will also be an income generating building for AFED.
The project faced some challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic and shortage of materials. However, the project is expected to be inaugurated in the next few months.

The project consist of Shop space on the ground and Mezzanine floor, AFED offices 1st to 3rd floor, total of 6 apartments one on each floor from 4th to 9th floor, and Multipurpose training centre on the 10th floor.
With concerted efforts by the main contractor and the close supervision by the Housing Development Board, the progress has been good with almost 95% of the works completed and final touches is ongoing.
