BILAL MUSLIM MISSION OF TANZANIA (BMMT) MILAD UN NABI CELEBRATIONS.
On November 5th, 2022 Bilal Muslim Mission of Tanzania (BMMT) held Milad un Nabi celebrations at the Bandari college grounds near Hawzatu Bilal – Tandika.
The chief guest of honour at the event was Chief Sheikh of Dar Es Salaam, Sheikh Alhadi Musa Salum. Also attended by Iranian ambassador for Tanzania Hossein Alvandi Behineh and delegates; Chairman of the Central Bilal Board (CBB), Alhaj Mohamed Hemani; WIPAHZ founder Alhaj Haji Saheb; Chairman Bilal Tanzania Alhaj Hussein Karim; Vice Chairman of Bilal, Alhaj Abdul-Wahid Abdallah Mohamed; Bilal Tanzania COO, Brother Hafidh Mansour; Bilal Head of Tabligh, Sheikh Msabaha Shaban Mapinda; Sheikh/Doctor Abdul-Razaq Amir; Bilal Hawza Mudeer, Sheikh Mohammad Yusuph; and Bilal zonal Tabligh Supervisors.
More than 1000 people from various parts of Dar es Salaam and nearby areas including various madrasas from our brothers of the Sunni sect attended the event.
Speakers had the opportunity to address the public, connecting their speeches with this year’s theme, “managing ethics is the responsibility of all of us” while the Chief Sheikh of Dar es Salaam, Sheikh Alhadi Musa Salum used the platform to call Muslims across Tanzania to strengthen unity among themselves.

A similar event has also been held in other Bilal centres across the country at different times. In addition to Majalis, some centres used sports & games to convey this year’s message (theme) to the public.
