BMMT MILAD UN NABI CELEBRATIONS 2023
Muslims worldwide commemorate Milad an-Nabi, the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W) who was born in Mecca year 570 CE and grew up to be a respected merchant, known for his honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness. At 40, he received his first wahyi (revelation from Allah S.W.T). His journey as the last messenger of Allah SWT started.
Bilal Muslim Mission of Tanzania (BMMT) held a grand Milad un Nabi event at Unity hall, Dar es Salaam on October 29th 2023. More than 2100 persons (ladies and gents) from Dar es Salaam and neighbouring areas attended.
The event was graced by the attendance of Alhaj Aunali Khalfan – Vice Chairman of the Africa Federation (AFED), Alhaj Hussein Karim – Chairman of BMMT, Alhaj Abdul-Wahid Mohammed – Vice chairman of BMMT, Sheikh Msabaha Mapinda – Head of Tabligh BMMT, Hafidhi Mansour – Chief of Operations BMMT and other invited guests including a few Sunni Madaris.
The key speakers Sheikh (Dr.) Abdul-Razak Amir and Sayyid Aidarus Alawy had the opportunity to make their presentations reflecting this year’s theme “Islam & Ethics”.

MILAD UN NABI AT BMMT CENTRES
All Bilal Centres organized Milad un Nabii celebrations in their respective villages, some had a series of majalis (Muhammad Week). Nearby Sunni madaris were also invited. The message on the Muslim and Ethics echoed across all the centres.
