Sabah Sameer Dewji: University Gold Medalist and Accomplished Scholar

The Education Board of Africa Federation is proud to announce the outstanding achievements of Sabah Sameer Dewji from Mwanza Jamaat, a recent graduate of Lovely Professional University, India, where she completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with remarkable distinction.
Sabah was honored with the University Gold Medal for achieving the highest academic standing in her Bachelor of Pharmacy program. This award is a testament to her academic excellence and unwavering dedication. It highlights her commitment to academic rigor and her outstanding performance throughout her studies.
Sabah has made significant contributions to scientific literature and research and has been honored for her work. She has obtained copyrights for three literary and dramatic works represented as graphical abstracts by the Copyright Office, Government of India. These works include “Role of Aggregated Alpha-synuclein in Dopaminergic Cell Dysfunction” (December 2023), “Proteinuria in diabetes mellitus” (September 2023), and “Types of diabetes mellitus” (November 2022). These graphical abstracts serve as valuable educational tools that simplify complex medical concepts, making them accessible to a broader audience.
Sabah’s academic review paper titled “Therapeutic Potential of Various Phytochemicals in the Management of Diabetes Mellitus” was published in the esteemed International Journal of Biology, Pharmacy, and Allied Sciences. This publication highlights her research on the use of natural compounds in managing diabetes, offering innovative insights into potential therapeutic approaches.
Sabah’s achievements not only display her exceptional talent but also demonstrate the potential of our community’s youth to excel in academia and contribute to scientific knowledge. Her work, especially in the field of diabetes research, shows a dedication to addressing critical health issues through innovative approaches and advancing the understanding of complex medical conditions.
