Give a Day’s earnings towards the noble cause
The Chairman of The Africa Federation, Alhaj Anwarali Dharamsi is requesting the Worldwide Community to raise awareness of this important Day of the birth of The Awaited Saviour, Imam Muhammad al-Mahdi, al-Hujjah ibn Hassan al-Askari (ATFS).
The honour of this night touches heights and elevation as in the same night at the time of seher (pre-dawn) the Twelfth successor of Holy Prophet (S.A.W.W.), The Awaited Imam, Al Mahdi (ATFS) was born in the year 255 A.H. in Samarah, Iraq.
To revere this very special and blessed night and day of 15th Sha’ban with act of charity and benevolence, the Chairman of The Africa Federation appeals to all community members of the Khoja Shia Ithna-Asheri fraternity worldwide to donate their full One Day’s earning to the Africa Federation for a noble cause of charity.
“The best man in view of faith is the most openhanded.” – Holy Prophet (S.A.W.W.)

Contributions towards this Fund can be made as follows:
- Jamaats outside Africa through their respective Jamaats or the Regional Federations.
- Jamaats of Madagascar through Conseil Regional of Madagascar (CROI).
- Jamaats within mainland Africa through their respective Jamaats or Directly to the AFED Secretariat by contacting the office or email: secretariat@africafederation.org
This is a unique opportunity to assist the less fortunate and deserving families of our community in acquiring the basic needs. We request all the Jamaats to initiate and promote collections to start from 1st to 25th Sha’ban 1433 AH (21st June to 15th July 2012).
